Dornhald

Dornhald is an RPG set in the ruins of a fallen dwarven kingdom.

Once a mighty stronghold beneath the mountains, Dornhald was destroyed during a devastating war against the goblins. Its halls lie in ruins, its people scattered or slain. You are one of the few surviving dwarves, struggling to endure in a hostile world filled with monsters, forgotten machinery, and ancient dangers.

Explore the remnants of the kingdom, fight for survival, and begin the long path toward reclaiming Dornhald’s lost glory. Face dangerous enemies, grow stronger through talents and equipment, and uncover what remains of dwarven civilization buried beneath stone and ash.

⚠️ This is an early demo version.
Only core mechanics are implemented, and many systems, tooltips, and UI elements are still a work in progress.

Features included in the demo:

• NPCs and interaction
  Talk to various characters. Some trade items, others offer quests or information.

• Combat system (target-based with auto-attacks)
  Combat is primarily target-based:

  • Left-click to select a target

  • A red outline indicates a hostile enemy

  • Right-click to start auto-attacking (or select and attack at once)

  When in range, your character attacks automatically based on weapon cooldowns.
  Some abilities can be used without selecting a target.

• Abilities and Talent Tree
  Level up active abilities and passive bonuses.
  Only one point in a previous talent is required to unlock the next tier.

• Equipment and Loot
  Collect items, defeat monsters, and equip your character with various gear.

Tooltips and explanations are not final yet, so some mechanics may not be fully explained.
